Tru-Co General Contractor was contracted to complete a 5,264 SF turnkey building project for the Olympia Volunteer Fire Department in Pamlico County. The projected consisted of all construction stages including: site work, pre-engineered metal building, millwork, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior finishes, and final paving and grading. Unique requirements included epoxy/urethane flake floors in restrooms and bays, all doors to be control access, and a security camera system. Olympia VFD's new building replaces their original 2,400 SF building built in 1975.
